John is a third-generation builder and developer with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of real estate development, acquisition, design, construction, and home sales. John has personally planned, designed, and developed over 600homesites and been directly involved in the construction of over 250 residential units.
In addition to numerous awards, John’s work has been featured in industry trade publications, magazines, and newspapers.
Recently, John was a two term National Board Member for the NAHB in Washington, DC and served as President of the South-Southwest Suburban Homebuilders Association (the largest homebuilding association in Illinois at the time) where he was a founder of the Green Building Committee and Served as a Director for the Sales and Marketing Committee (SMC). John is an active member of the Homebuilders of Greater Chicago (HBGC) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). John is deeply involved in private property rights advocacy work at the State and National levels for homeowners and builders and across the United States.
John holds numerous real estate designations, accreditations, and licenses. John was among the first in Illinois to earn and embrace the Certified Green Professional (CGP) and its precepts. John is certified Construction Manager and Certified Aging –In Place specialist (CAPS). John Is a licensed real estate Broker and a Member of the National Association of Realtors® and the Chicago Association of Realtors®. John received a BA from The George Washington University with an emphasis in Urban Planning.
John is a frequent speaker and panelist on issues related to green building, real estate development, multifamily housing, and custom home building.

During his lifetime, Frank amassed a large portfolio of Chicago Style Courtyard Apartment Buildings and Commercial Properties as well as significant land holdings in and around Chicagoland. Frank was instrumental in helping Will County farmers during the 1940s and 50s acquire ownership of the farms on which they worked. We continue to be guided by Frank’s creativity and entrepreneurial spirit and simple philosophy of- fair-dealing and investment in growth areas.
