Sterling Ridge is an award winning 82 luxury single family home community developed by Portfolio Properties in Orland Park, IL

• Acquired raw land for the 40 acres community.
• Assembled team to complete all community planning, design, layouts, and engineering.
• Worked with the Village and all other governmental bodies to draft annexation and development agreements to secure all necessary entitlements.
• Improved the land completing all horizontal work to deliver 82 fully improved luxury home sites, community park and two ponds along with architectural fencing and landscaped buffers for the entire community.
• Created and administered both an Architectural Review Committee and Homeowners’ Association to assure adherence to the highest design standards in the marketplace.
• Created hybrid “Builder Direct” Sales model creating a Signature Builder program and sold homesites in packages to vetted custom home builders.
• Retained homesite inventory and built-out community alongside Signature Builders.
